Return & Exchange Policy

At ScreamingFreedom.com, we stand behind every order with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you're not happy with your item for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible. Please do not return anything without contacting us first at support@screamingfreedom.com.

Return Eligibility

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:

• Have been worn or washed
• Are stained or carry odors (fragrance, smoke, etc.)
• Seasonal or Holiday Items
  
• Show signs of use or damage
• Cut & Sew Polo Shirts

Note on limited-edition items:
If you ordered a limited-time design, we may not have other sizes available for exchange. In these cases, we’ll gladly offer a different item of equal or lesser value.

Shipping Costs

• Customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
• If your item arrived defective or there was a fulfillment error, we will cover return shipping.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
