Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 1 to 14 business days for production of certain items, however most items will ship much faster. Please be mindful of peak shopping seasons and sale events that could also impact processing times. We will keep you updated as to the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.

 

If you need to receive your purchase by a specific date for a special occasion or an event, please contact us to ensure you choose the correct shipping method and to check for products that are immediately available.

 

We ship via UPS, USPS & DHL (Fedex for International deliveries). Transit times following the production process can range from 1-14 business days depending on your proximity to our distribution warehouse and the level of service selected at checkout.

We provide tracking numbers for every order that we send out. While we will do our best to help, we are not responsible for carrier/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you cannot locate your package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for all inquiries on missing deliveries. We assure you, your order is in the package when we send it. We are not responsible for items damaged, lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address during shipping. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

 In order to be able to offer you the best prices and free shipping (where stated), our warehouses are located all over the world.

Please Note: International shipping may take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for delivery.

 

 

 

 

RETURNS:

Screamingfreedom.com offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchases. If, for any reason during the first 30 days you are not happy with an item you received from Screamingfreedom.com, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please be aware that returns and exchanges can only be processed for items that are in new condition. Please do not ship any items without contacting help@Screamingfreedom.com before sending.

 

Items that have been worn, stained, smell of fragrances or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, if you have purchased a limited time only design and wish to process an exchange we cannot guarantee the availability of other sizes for that item, however, we will exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value.

 

All shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns must be paid by the buyer. In the event of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, shipping will be paid by Screamingfreedom.com.

A: In very rare cases, there may be minor issues with customs, which delay deliveries. Please allow 2 more weeks than stated for your item(s) to arrive, before you contact our support.

 

Q: What about customs/import taxes or fees?

A: Please note that you are responsible for any import duties/taxes/the like if applicable. Many countries charge those if the shipped item(s) exceed(s) a certain monetary value. Because almost all of our items are very low-priced, there should not be any issues. However, we advise you to inform yourself about your country's import policies before ordering.
